Hodinářka residential complex

For the Hodinářka residential complex in Přelouč, we supplied three air-handling units – one REMAK X and two CAKE units. The central ventilation system provides controlled ventilation for both the apartments and the common areas. The key technical feature is VAV control based on actual occupant demand. In the largest building, a single central air-handling unit serves 22 apartments and the common areas using 46 VAV controllers. Their demand signals are continuously evaluated via Modbus communication by the VCS control system, which automatically adjusts the fan output. The system therefore supplies only the required amount of air, improving both occupant comfort and overall operating efficiency.
